We were greeted and seated quickly. Ice tea was delicious. Waitress was friendly and talkative. Food was delicious and enough for lunch tomorrow. Love the cowboy wall hangings.
Had a breakfast burger with hash browns. Nicely done, 1/2 lb Pattie, bacon was thicker cut then standard. Service is always courteous and attentive. This place is a "home feel". Local go to for breakfast or lunch. I think I previously Yelp'd about the cowboy Benedict, but thought about getting that again. It's a big winner.
We want to highly recommend Paula our server today. She was fantastic. She was wonderful, very helpful and in helping us make the right choice for what we ate today. We all got something different and it was just really amazing . She gave us great service. We came up from Sonoma County to visit! We were so "Very Thankful and Grateful" to Paul, for her smile and going above and beyond! Excellent customer service! Delicious food and we highly recommend Cowboy's Cafe. Attentive server and great food! We were passing by and needed to grab something quick to eat, this was the perfect spot. The food came out quick and tasty. The restaurant is cozy and inviting, we felt welcomed the minute we stepped inside.
Cowboy's Cafe This is a review for my dining experience at Cowboy's Cafe. My family and I went to grab brunch at around 10:30am on a Saturday. Business was poppin! It was busy, but we arrived just in time to get a table for three with no wait. We ordered the chicken fried steak with extra crispy hash browns, a side of pancakes, chocolate chip pancakes, and a breakfast burger. Everything was delicious! I loved my chicken fried steak! It was a huge portion and the meat was thick and flavorful. The gravy that was paired with it was tasty as well! The side of pancakes were great! I loved how the butter was room temperature, so it was easy to spread on with the syrup. Service was excellent! Our server was very attentive and had a positive attitude. She checked on our meal and made sure we had everything we needed! I had a pleasant experience at Cowboy's Cafe and I am looking forward to dining there again with the cowboys and cowgirls! Yeehaw!
Cowboy Cafe rocks! Excellent food and service. I've never been disappointed with any Vista to this restaurant. They are WAY better then any other restaurant in Minden/Gardnerville! Check em out, you won't be disappointed!
I love this restaurant. Great western theme inside. The food has always been good and the service is good as well. The restaurant is usually busy, so you might have to wait during peak breakfast time. They are only open for breakfast and lunch. I had a delicious breakfast that the waitress recommended to me, telling me it was her favorite on the menu. Ok, Im your Huckleberry. I think it was called Cowboy eggs benedict. Eggs, a really good homemade biscuit, with a tasty gravy, sausage patty on the biscuit and maybe something else i cant remember. It was very good! I would definetly order this again! This is a great breakfast place if your in the area. I have only eaten breakfast here so Im unable to tell you about lunch menu items.
